目的 :探讨眼挫伤致晶状体脱位的手术治疗。方法 :回顾分析 36例眼挫伤致晶状体脱位的手术方式及术前并发症的处理。结果 :经手术治疗后 ,患者随诊 1～ 34个月 ,平均 11个月。术后 2 5例视力提高 (6 9 44 % ) ,尤以人工晶状体植入眼视力提高明显 ;继发性青光眼 2 1例中在脱位晶状体摘除术后 16例眼压控制正常。结论 :伴并发症的晶状体脱位的手术方法应根据晶状体脱位的方式、程度及伴术前并发症的情况合理选择
Objective: To investigate the surgical treatment of lens dislocation caused by eye contusion. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 36 cases of eye contusion caused by dislocation of the lens and surgical treatment of preoperative complications. Results: After surgery, patients were followed up for 1 to 34 months, an average of 11 months. The visual acuity of 25 cases (6 9 44%) was improved after intraocular lens implantation, especially in IOL implantation. In 21 cases of secondary glaucoma, IOP was normal after dislocation of the lens in 16 cases. Conclusion: The surgical method of lens dislocation with complications should be based on the mode and extent of dislocation of the lens and the preoperative complications
