天津市大港油田集团公司武装部长刘鹤鸿坚持不懈地抓民兵政治教育和军事科技知识学习。 一年四次集中教育,都是他亲自登台授课。为了改变一味灌输的教育方式,把政治教育课讲活,他购买了大量政治教育、国防建设和军事高科技知识书籍,潜心学习。大家都说,刘部长讲课生动活泼。这都是他充分利用录音机、放影机、幻灯片等电化教学设备的结果。几年来,他共写了15万字的读书笔记,亲自制作的军事知识幻灯片有十多箱。
