提出一种基于小波包的转子轴心轨迹提纯方法.将从转子上测得的互相垂直的两个方向上的原始时域信号用小波包分解后,采用逆Gray编码对分解结果进行整序处理,得到按频率大小由低到高排列的频段序列,再根据对不同类型转子故障特征的先验知识,分别选取若干不同的频段进行重构.利用重构数据合成的轴心轨迹,剔除了噪声的干扰,能更清晰地表现转子故障的特征.
A novel method based on wavelet packet is proposed to purify the trajectory of rotor axis. After decomposing the original time-domain signals in two directions perpendicular to each other measured by the rotor using the wavelet packet, the inverse Gray coding is used to process the decomposition results to obtain the frequency-band sequence from low to high frequency, According to the prior knowledge of different types of rotor fault characteristics, several different frequency bands are selected for reconstruction respectively. By using the reconstructed axis trajectory, the noise disturbance can be eliminated and the rotor fault characteristics can be more clearly expressed.
