城镇化也是农业产业化的过程。城镇化过程中必然会有大量农村人口转移到城镇。职业教育具有促进农村人口转移和就业的发展功能,以及提高农业生产人口科技素质,培养农业产业急需人才、推动农业产业化的促进功能。城镇化背景下,应坚持需求、特色、灵活、强化等策略建构职业教育功能。
Urbanization is also the process of agricultural industrialization. In the process of urbanization, a large number of rural population will inevitably be transferred to cities and towns. Vocational education has the function of promoting the development of rural population transfer and employment as well as promoting the scientific and technological quality of the agricultural production population, training the talents urgently needed in the agricultural industry and promoting the industrialization of agriculture. Under the background of urbanization, vocational education should be constructed according to the demand, characteristics, flexibility and strengthening strategies.
