目的比较中西药降血尿酸疗效及对肾损害的保护作用。方法选取60只雄性Wistar大鼠,仅做清洁处理,45只采用腺嘌呤联合氧嗪酸钾建立动物模型,随机分为模型组、中药复方组和西药组,每组15只。其余15只雄性Wistar大鼠作为空白组。分别于7d、14d、21d检测各组大鼠血尿酸、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)水平,并进行肾组织形态学观察。结果血尿酸时间和方法无交互作用,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),时间间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验后第7、14、21天模型组血尿酸水平与空白组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验后第7、14、21天中药组、西药组血尿酸水平与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。BUN时间和方法无交互作用,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),时间间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验后第7、14、21天模型组BUN水平与空白组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验后第7、14、21天中药组、西药组BUN水平与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Cr时间和方法无交互作用,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),时间间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验后第7、14、21天模型组Cr水平与空白组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验后第7、14、21天模型组Cr水平与中药组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验后第14天西药组Cr水平与空白组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验后第21天西药组Cr水平与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肾组织的形态学观察结果显示中药组大鼠肾组织结构恢复接近正常。结论降血尿酸作用效果,中药复方豨签草胶囊与西药别嘌呤醇基本相同,但在对肾损害的保护作用方面,中药优于西药,对高尿酸血症肾损害修复作用明显。
Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of Chinese and western medicine on the blood uric acid and its protective effect on renal damage. Methods Sixty male Wistar rats were selected for cleaning treatment. Forty five animals were randomly divided into model group, TCM compound group and western medicine group, 15 rats in each group. The remaining 15 male Wistar rats served as a blank group. The levels of serum uric acid, blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine (Cr) were measured at 7d, 14d and 21d respectively. Morphological changes of kidney were observed. Results There was no interaction between serum uric acid time and the method (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in time (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05) . The levels of serum uric acid in the model group at the 7th, 14th and 21st day after the experiment were significantly different from those in the blank group (P <0.05) The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in BUN time and method (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in time (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between two groups (P> 0.05). The level of BUN in model group was significantly higher than that in blank group on the 7th, 14th and 21st day (P <0.05). Compared with the model group, on the 7th, 14th and 21st day, The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in Cr time and method (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in time between two groups (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between two groups (P> 0.05). There was significant difference in Cr level between the model group and the blank group on the 7th, 14th and 21st day after the experiment (P <0.05). The Cr level of the model group on the 7th, 14th and 21st day after the experiment was statistically different from that of the traditional Chinese medicine group (P <0.05). On the 14th day after the experiment, the level of Cr in the Western medicine group was significantly different from that in the blank group (P <0.05). On the 21st day after the experiment, the level of Cr in the western medicine group was statistically different from the model group Significance (P <0.05). Morphological observation of kidney tissue showed that the structure of renal tissue in rats in TCM recovered to normal. Conclusions The effect of lowering blood uric acid, traditional Chinese medicine compound Jiangancao capsules and western medicine allopurinol is basically the same, but in the protection of kidney damage, Chinese medicine is superior to Western medicine, the role of hyperuricemia renal damage repair obvious.
