核酸适配子是一类经SELEX技术筛选出来的寡聚核苷酸,其功能与单克隆抗体类似但在诸多方面明显优于抗体,可用于测定靶物质含量等。免疫球蛋白E(immunoglobulin E,IgE)是介导过敏反应的关键因子,IgE定量检测是临床诊断过敏性疾病的重要指标。该文主要综述了核酸适配子在IgE检测中的应用。
Nucleotide aptamers are a class of oligonucleotides selected by SELEX technology. Their function is similar to that of monoclonal antibodies but they are superior to antibodies in many aspects and can be used to determine target substance content. Immunoglobulin E (IgE) is a key factor in mediating allergic reactions. Quantitative IgE detection is an important indicator of clinical diagnosis of allergic diseases. This review summarizes the application of aptamers in IgE detection.
