基于 GB 12759-91型(简称91型)双圆弧齿轮接触疲劳试验的基础上,应用机械可靠性理论,得到了碳钢调质91型双圆弧齿轮的接触疲劳极限。并给出了最小安全系数参考值,供双圆弧齿轮强度计算使用。
Based on the contact fatigue test of double arc gear GB 12759-91 (referred to as 91 type), the contact fatigue limit of the carbon steel temper 91 double arc gear was obtained by using the mechanical reliability theory. And gives the reference value of the minimum safety factor for double circular arc gear strength calculation.
