培养选拔优秀年轻干部是今年组织工作中的一项重要任务。目前,我市面临着撤地设市和机构改革,这为我们培养使用优秀年轻干部提供了很好的机遇。在具体工作中,突出抓好以下几点:(一)严格标准,确保质量。严格坚持德才兼备的原则,突出选拔那些思想政治素质好、科技文化水平高、组织领导能力强、政绩突出、群众公认的优秀年轻干部进入各级领导班子。同时还要重视选拔优秀年轻的女干部、少数民族干部和非中共党员干部,完善领导班子结构。(二)采取措施,倾斜政策。一是领
