官员被撤免后轻易复出,不应成为惯例。日前,曾在被免职两个月后复出的四川副省长李成云被中纪委网站宣布,涉嫌严重违纪接受组织调查。近年来,官员被免职后可以复出几乎形成了一种官场上默认但普遍性观感不佳、老百姓很无奈的惯例。2016年最新的统计表明,官员被撤免后复出的时间,从几天到三年不等。复出之后,多数也是庸官,并无多么优秀的表现,再度失职、犯错者不乏其人,李成云便是一例。
Officials are easy to come back after being dismissed, and should not become a routine. Recently, Li Chengyun, the deputy governor of Sichuan who returned two months after being dismissed, was announced by the Central Discipline Inspection Commission’s website and was investigated for serious violations of discipline. In recent years, officials have been able to comeback after being dismissed. Almost formed a common but official view of the general but poor perception of the people are frustrated. According to the latest statistics in 2016, officials returned from dismissal within a few days to three years. After the comeback, most are also mediocre, not how good performance, again dereliction of duty, there is no shortage of people who make mistakes, Li Chengyun is an example.
