本文对16例使用庆大霉素(GTM)的志愿患者,在进行血药浓度监测的同时,对体内中分子物质(MMS)和β_2-微球蛋白(β_2-MG)进行测定分析,探讨早期发现肾功能受损的客观指标,结果用药前后MMS 无显著变化(P>0.05)、β_2-MG 则有显著性变化(P<0.05)。本研究提示:对GTM 等氨基糖甙类抗生素的用药病人,在监测血药浓度情况下,监测β_2-MG 变化是有临床意义的。
In this study, 16 patients with gemcitabine (GTM) were enrolled in this study. Plasma concentrations of MMS and β_2-MG were assayed at the same time. There was no significant change in MMS before and after treatment (P> 0.05), but there was a significant change in β_2-MG (P <0.05). This study suggests that the monitoring of beta 2-MG changes is clinically significant for patients receiving aminoglycoside antibiotics, such as GTM, when monitoring plasma concentrations.
