目的:研究两面针[Zanthoxylum nitidum(Roxb.)DC.]根和茎的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析及Sephadex LH-20等色谱技术分离并纯化化合物,根据理化性质及波谱技术进行鉴定结构。结果:从两面针根和茎的乙醇提取物中分离得到两个苯并菲啶类生物碱,分别命名为:8-(2’-环己酮)-7,8-二氢白屈菜红碱(1)和8-(1’-羟基乙基)-7,8-二氢白屈菜红碱(2)。结论:化合物1为新化合物。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of roots and stems of Zanthoxylum nitidum (Roxb.) DC. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography. The structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectroscopic techniques. RESULTS: Two benzophenanthridine alkaloids were isolated from the ethanol extracts from the roots and stems of both sides of the needle, named as: 8-(2’-cyclohexanone)-7,8-dihydro chelerythrine red. Alkali (1) and 8-(1’-hydroxyethyl)-7,8-dihydro chelerythrine (2). Conclusion: Compound 1 is a new compound.
