工程造价是工程管理中的重要内容,保证合理的工程造价水平是实现经济效益的重要基础。工程造价主要受工程中构造要素的单价与数理影响,清单计价模式是现代工程造价管理的重要基础。清单计价的规范有效的对量与价进行分类,提高了招投标工作的的规范性,使得现代工程中造价管理水平不断提高。本文对2013新版建设工程工程量清单计价规范进行了分析与探讨。
