乍得恩贾梅纳炼油厂项目位于非洲中部国家乍得首都恩贾梅纳北郊。由中国石油集团与乍得石油部合资的恩贾梅纳炼油有限公司兴建,中国石油工程建设公司(CPECC)总承包,CPECC乍得分公司负责建设实施。项目设计原油加工能力100万吨/年,合同总额50亿元。由炼厂、发电站、油品销售中心和员工生活营地四个工作包、43个工艺单元组成,主要包括1 00万吨/年常压蒸馏、60万吨/年重油催化裂化、10万吨/年气体分馏装置、10万吨/年催化重整装置、30万吨/年柴油加氢精制装置、3万吨聚丙烯装置等7套主装置、一套60MW发电站。产品为汽油、柴油、航空煤油、聚丙烯、液化气等产品。发电站除满足炼厂用电,同时给恩贾梅纳供电20MW。
The N’Djamena refinery project in Chad is located in the northern suburb of N’Djamena, capital of Chad, central African country.
