目的探讨临床上早期矫治安氏Ⅱ类伴后牙正锁的方法和意义。方法回顾性分析2011年-2014年完成早期矫治,并伴有以下颌后缩为主的安氏Ⅱ类前牙深覆盖伴后牙正锁的10例患儿的病历资料。通过X线投影测量分析对患儿矫治前后的上下颌关系、软组织侧貌进行评价,并对两组内各测量项目治疗前后测量值进行比较。结果矫治结束后10例患儿前颅底平面-上齿槽座点角、后面高与前面高之比、软组织面角与矫治前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);前颅底平面-下齿槽座点角、鼻根点-前鼻棘点距离、前鼻棘点-颏下点距离、髁突后切线与蝶鞍中心在眶平面上垂足间的距离增加,上齿槽座点角-鼻根点-下齿槽座点角、Y轴角、H角、下唇至H线距、颏唇沟深度减小(P<0.05),覆覆盖基本正常,后牙正锁得到解除,软组织侧貌改善明显;平均疗程12个月。结论早期解除后牙正锁同时完成安氏Ⅱ类患儿Ⅰ期矫治,可以建立良好的咬合诱导和口周肌肉平衡,引导下颌及颞下颌关节正常的生理功能,有效防止颜面部畸形的进一步加重。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance and clinical significance of early correction of Class Ⅱ clavicular posterior teeth occlusion. Conclusions Early removal of anterior posterior teeth of the posterior teeth is the first phase of correction of Class Ⅱ children, which can establish a good occlusion induction and perioral muscle balance, guide the normal physiological function of the mandible and temporomandibular joint, and effectively prevent facial deformity further Increase.
