在对某型平地机进行保养时,发现其空气滤清器滤芯上的灰尘成块状掉落,而不是成粉末状或尘土状吸附在滤芯上,设备启动困难且驱动力不足。分析认为,导流罩安装位置不当和导流罩排污口开放位置不当是导致导流罩进水,进而导致空气滤清器内尘土成块的主要原因。提出改变导流罩排污口的安装位置,并定期清理导流罩内积存的杂物,改变导流罩进气口设计等改进措施。
During the maintenance of a certain grader, it was found that the dust on the air filter element dropped into a block instead of being adsorbed on the filter element in the form of powder or dust. The equipment was difficult to start and the driving force was insufficient. According to the analysis, improper installation of the shroud and improper opening of the shroud outlet are the main reasons for the shroud ingress of water, which in turn causes dust to accumulate in the air cleaner. It is proposed to change the installation position of the outfall of the shroud, and regularly clean the debris accumulated in the shroud, and change the design of the inlet of the shroud.
