目的:分析泌尿系统念珠菌感染菌种的分布特征和药敏结果,为临床合理选药提供依据。方法:回顾性分析微生物实验室的中段尿培养结果,对念珠菌培养和药敏结果进行归纳总结。结果:在1 045株致病菌中93株为念珠菌,其中白念珠菌的比例最高(36/93,38.7%);主要来自50岁以上人群,女性(66.7%)多于男性(33.3%);阳性标本主要来自泌尿外科(29.0%)、ICU(23.6%)和神经内科(19.3%)。大部分菌株对氟胞嘧啶和两性霉素B有较高的敏感性。结论:泌尿系统念珠菌感染以白念珠菌为主。临床应根据药敏试验结果合理选择抗菌药物。
Objective: To analyze the distribution characteristics and drug susceptibility of Candida species in urinary system and provide the basis for clinical rational drug selection. Methods: The results of urine culture in the middle part of the microbiology laboratory were analyzed retrospectively. The results of Candida culture and drug sensitivity were summarized. Results: 93 out of 1045 strains of Candida were Candida albicans, with the highest proportion of Candida albicans (36 / 93,38.7%); mainly from 50 years old and older (66.7%) than male (33.3% ). Positive specimens mainly came from urology (29.0%), ICU (23.6%) and neurology (19.3%). Most strains of flucytosine and amphotericin B have a higher sensitivity. Conclusion: Candida albicans infection is predominant in Candida albicans. Clinical should be based on susceptibility testing results reasonable choice of antimicrobial agents.
