郑州矿区地处中原腹地,紧靠缺煤省区。北有陇海铁路,东有京广铁路,西有焦枝铁路;矿区专用铁路在新郑(京广线)站接轨。郑登、密杞公路纵横交错,交通十分便利。矿区位于郑州郊区,地跨新(郑)密(县)登(封)三县,东西长百余公里,南北宽5～45公里,面积1500平方公里,已查明工业储量30.8亿吨,被誉为华东、中南的工业粮仓。自50年代起以“洛阳”六号煤出口日本,系全国出口煤炭基地之一。产品主要用于动力、化肥、炼钢喷粉及城乡居民生活,畅销于华东、中南10多个省区。
Zhengzhou Mining Area is located in the hinterland of the Central Plains, close to the lack of coal provinces. The special railroad for mining area is connected with Xinzheng (Beijing-Guangzhou Line) Station. Zheng Deng, dense Qi highway criss-crossing, the traffic is very convenient. Products are mainly used for power, fertilizer, steel dusting and urban and rural residents life, selling in East China, South Africa more than 10 provinces.
