开发了一种无粘结剂武钢铁粉的温压工艺,其温压温度低于Ancordense温压工艺。测定了试样的生坯密度和烧结密度,拟合了温压生坯密度随压制压力的变化曲线,并对几种温压工艺的效果进行了比较。
Development of a binder-free Wushan iron powder temperature and pressure technology, the temperature and pressure temperature is lower than the Ancordense temperature and pressure process. The green density and sintering density of the sample were measured. The curves of the density of the green compact with the pressing pressure were fitted, and the effects of several kinds of temperature and pressure processes were compared.
