我厂某飞行器上有一平板零件(如图1),材料为铝合金,在板件的对称平面上沿45°方向钻有一排18个平行减轻孔,直径均为φ15mm,孔深从108~421mm各不相等。由于减轻孔孔深不准会导致零件重心偏移,从而影响飞行器的飞行状态,因而孔深测量较为重要。该零件孔深指孔轴心线和孔口端面的交点到孔底之间的距离。过去我们为了测量孔深,设计了18套专用量具,既麻烦又易出错。后来我们应用0~500mm深度卡尺,在不影响其原来工作性能的前提下,增加了几个辅助
