1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:本组病例,男85例,女25例,年龄最大75岁,最小23岁,中位年龄61.3岁。鳞癌58例,腺癌41例,其中合并结核3例。小细胞肺癌8例,大细胞肺癌3例。 1.2 临床表现:咳嗽103例,最长2年,最短1周,中位48天。咳血81例,最长2月,中位8天。胸痛23例,发热26例,最高者达39.5℃,患者均有不同程度体重下降,最多者达12千克。杵状指(趾)9例,伴有胸闷、气促65例。
1 Clinical data 1.1 General information: This group of patients, 85 males and 25 females, the oldest 75 years old, the smallest 23 years old, the median age of 61.3 years old. There were 58 cases of squamous cell carcinoma and 41 cases of adenocarcinoma, among which 3 cases were complicated with tuberculosis. There were 8 cases of small cell lung cancer and 3 cases of large cell lung cancer. 1.2 Clinical manifestations: 103 cases of cough, up to 2 years, the shortest 1 week, the median 48 days. 81 cases of hemoptysis, up to 2 months, the median 8 days. There were 23 cases of chest pain and 26 cases of fever. The highest rate was 39.5°C. All patients had different degrees of weight loss, and the most were 12 kg. There were 9 cases of clubbing (toe), accompanied by chest tightness and shortness of breath in 65 cases.
