我国秸秆年产量约为6.04亿t,相当于3.1亿t标准煤。秸秆被大量废弃焚烧不仅浪费资源,还严重污染环境,秸秆禁烧已成为各级政府部门头疼的问题。秸秆综合利用机械化水平较低,劳动强度大,生产效率低,尤其是秸秆密度小、体积大、单位经济价值低,远距离运输和贮存费用高。秸秆利用出路在于提高秸秆单位经济价值,使其得到再利用。秸秆综合利用关键技术之一就是将秸秆压缩固化成型,减少体积,提高其单位经济价值。1环模平置式秸秆固化成型技术
