脑囊虫病是一种常见的中枢神经系统寄生虫病。本院自1986年至1993年12月共收治脑囊虫病361例，发现其中一些病人伴发有颅内其它器质性病变。为进一步探讨其临床诊断的有关问题，使脑囊虫病不漏诊、不误诊，并同时注意有无伴发脑部其它器质性疾患，现将其中ZI例伴发颅内其它疾患
