今夏,金石滩注定吸引众人的目光。狂欢的沙滩、炫目的大海、璀璨的“天工”、鼎沸的人声……可谓异彩纷呈,精彩不断。这不,好戏又上演了——金石滩旅游度假区管委会携手金石滩房地产协会、骏豪地产以及途家,共同打造分时度假新模式。分时度假,新模式下的自由生活分时度假对大部分国人来讲可能还很陌生,但在国外,作为旅游与房地产相结合的一种休闲度假新形式,自上个世纪70年代被西方发达国家引入后便得到飞速发展,至今已成为风靡全球的新兴度假方式和旅游消费产业。
