我厂产品生产,在零部件加工过程中,尺寸检验大量采用专用量规,其中就包括不少的长高深样板。以前,这些样板在新制入库和返还检定时,有的是在万能显微镜上用影像法测量;有的是在长方平尺上用量块测量。我们觉得,用影像法测量,只是用边缘压线,反应实际尺寸误差较大,用量块组合测量的办法精度较高,但比较麻烦,效率也很低。后来,我们组织有实际经验的同志,一块研究,群策群力,在卧式测长仪上增加一个专用测量尾座(附图),利用仪器的玻璃尺直接读数的办法,来检查长高深样板,经过多次验证和使用,测量结果比较可靠,效率也大大提高。使用方法;1.架上专用测量尾座,使其基面A 和仪器基准导轨面紧靠,以保证测量基面与仪器测杆的测量轴线垂直。2.仪器调零,在尾座的测量基面2处放一量块(5毫米左右),使装有平面或刀口测帽的测杆在重锤作用力下与量块接触,调整中间体的可调螺丝,找到测帽与量块的最小接触点,适当移动测体部分,使玻璃刻度尺的读数正好等于所放量块的尺寸。此时,测量基面与测帽间距
