静脉溶栓是近年急性心肌梗死 (ＡＭＩ)治疗的重要进展之一 ,能明显改善ＡＭＩ病人心功能 ,降低病死率 ,但对心电稳定性影响研究尚不多。我们观察 6 4例ＡＭＩ病人进行静脉溶栓治疗前后ＱＴ离散度 (ＱＴｃｄ)的改变 ,以探讨溶栓治疗对ＱＴｃｄ的影响。1 资料与方法1.1 对象
