1 抗湿热片对小鼠高温游泳时间的影响1.1 实验材料 动物:昆明小鼠,体重18~20g,雌雄兼用,由中山医科大学实验动物中心提供,KM26-97003。药物:抗湿热片,广州军区药理药剂研究中心提供。器材:数显恒温水浴箱,上海医用恒温设备厂生产。1.2 实验方法 按体重将小鼠随机分作2组,给药组灌服抗湿热片1g/kg,对照组予等量饮用水,小鼠灌胃后1h在其尾部束一相当于其体重10%的重物,将小鼠置入恒温水浴箱中游泳,水浴箱容积450×300×170mm,水温40℃±0.5℃。自小鼠入
