今年夏季,我省南部地区遭受了历史上罕见的特大洪涝灾害,人民群众的生命财产蒙受了巨大损失。面对如此严重的灾情,我省广大医疗卫生人员在厅党组的带领下,认真贯彻中央和省的一系列正确决策,深入灾区第一线,经过艰苦努力,实现了“大灾之年无大疫”的奋斗目标。我省的救灾防病工作也得到了国家救灾防病领导小组的肯定,这里刊登的就是在国家《救灾防病简报》上发表的我省救灾防病工作经验体会,它不仅对我省今后的救灾防病工作有着重要的指导意义,同时也对整个卫生工作的开展有着重要的参考价值。我们希望读者能从中获得收益。
In the summer of this year, the southern region of our province suffered from a catastrophic flood disaster in history, and the people’s lives and property suffered huge losses. Faced with such serious disasters, the majority of medical and health workers in our province, led by the party group, conscientiously implemented a series of correct decisions of the central government and the province, and went deep into the front line of the disaster area. After strenuous efforts, we achieved a “great year of disasters”. “Fight” goal.
