去年初,县委印发了《关于江华瑶族自治县1992年工作纲要的决定》.《决定》中提出了“乡镇企业总收入要突破1.2亿元,总产值要达到8600万元以上,销售收入和利税总额分别比上年增长10%以上,年内消灭乡镇企业空白乡”的决策目标.为此,我室及时立项、落实承办单位即县乡企委.我室与县乡企委紧密配合,着力在“促”字上做文章、下功夫,通过“四抓”、“四促”收到了较好的实效.年底,县乡企委传来喜讯:全县乡镇企业达到“超常规、跳跃式”发展,实现总产值1.35亿元及总收入、总利税分别比上年度增长88.98%、87.29%、141. 64%,实现了无多镇企业“空白乡”的目标.
