污染的食具是肠道传染病的传播途径之一。为此做好食具保管,防止苍蝇污染食具,是预防肠道传染病的一项具体措施。我军许多部队的食堂,除有条件进行餐餐消毒食具的以外,一般多为自用,自洗(流水洗或舀水洗),分别保管;保管方法有的用布碗袋自己保管,有的用纱门碗柜集体保管,有的敞开放在桌面上分桌保管。为了对比这三种方法防蝇污染的效果,寻找在连队条件下切实可行而又比较有效的食具防蝇污染的措施,我们对上述三种保管方法进行了细菌学
