目的检测体检者血清总IgE(immunoglobulin,IgE)及特异性IgE抗体水平,筛选相关过敏原,为临床预防及保健提供依据。方法采用过敏原检测系统,对708例体检者的血清特异性免疫球蛋白E及血清总IgE水平进行检测并进行统计学分析。结果 708例受检者中,主要阳性食物是牛奶、蟹和小麦;主要阳性吸入物是户尘螨、蟑螂和蒿;41~60岁年龄组,霉菌组合阳性率高于21~40岁年龄组,且具有统计学意(P<0.05);总IgE阳性率为50.53%。结论血清特异性IgE及血清总IgE的检测分析可以帮助寻找潜在过敏原,为过敏性疾病的诊断、治疗和预防提供依据。
Objective To detect serum total IgE (immunoglobulin, IgE) and specific IgE antibody levels in patients and to screen for relevant allergens to provide the basis for clinical prevention and health care. Methods Allergen detection system was used to detect the levels of serum specific immunoglobulin E and serum total IgE in 708 subjects and to make statistical analysis. Results Among the 708 subjects, the main positive foods were milk, crab and wheat. The main positive inhalers were house dust mites, cockroaches and artemisia. The positive rates of mold combination were higher in 21 to 40 age groups than in 41 to 60 age groups , And statistically significant (P <0.05). The positive rate of total IgE was 50.53%. Conclusion The detection of serum specific IgE and total serum IgE can help find potential allergens and provide evidence for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of allergic diseases.
