目的了解山东省不同地区白纹伊蚊对5种常用杀虫剂的抗性动态,为深入开展灭蚊工作提供科学依据。方法采用浸渍法,测定4龄期幼虫的半数致死浓度(LC50)。结果山东不同地区白纹伊蚊对三氯杀虫酯的抗药性最低(R/S:0.08-2.52),对拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂——溴氰菊酯抗药性最高(R/S:13.15-36.63)。德州市和禹城市对DDVP的抗性指数低于2(R/S=1.35),其他不同地区白纹伊蚊对DDVP、残杀威、氯氰菊酯的抗性指数均高于2。结论白纹伊蚊各地理株对5种常用杀虫剂均产生了不同程度的抗性,以拟除虫菊酯类最高,应加强对菊酯类杀虫剂的抗性监测及科学合理使用。
Objective To understand the resistance dynamics of Aedes albopictus to five commonly used insecticides in different regions of Shandong Province and provide a scientific basis for the further development of mosquito control. Methods The immersion method was used to determine the LC50 of 4th instar larvae. Results Aedes albopictus had the lowest resistance to trichloro-insecticides (R / S: 0.08-2.52) and the highest resistance to pyrethroid insecticides-deltamethrin (R / S: 13.15-36.63). The resistance index of DDVP in Dezhou and Yucheng was lower than 2 (R / S = 1.35). The resistance indexes of DDVP, propoxur and cypermethrin in Aedes albopictus in other areas were higher than 2. Conclusion All strains of Aedes albopictus were resistant to 5 kinds of commonly used insecticides to pyrethroids, pyrethroid insecticides should strengthen the resistance monitoring and scientific and rational use.
