目的通过临床药师对1例入住重症监护室的骨髓瘤淀粉样心肌病患者心力衰竭的药学监护,探讨临床药师在临床工作的切入点和监护思路。方法临床药师参与临床查房,对治疗方案提出建议,实施药学监护。针对复杂病例的药物治疗问题,临床药师通过文献检索,快速获取相关药学信息并加以整合,提供给临床,为临床治疗方案的制定提供专业的药学支持。结果与结论临床药师参与临床工作,从药学的角度提供治疗建议,能够提高治疗的疗效,避免不良反应的发生。
Objective To discuss the clinical pharmacist’s point of entry and guardianship in clinical work through clinical pharmacists’ medical supervision on heart failure in patients with myeloma of amyloid cardiomyopathy admitted to intensive care unit. Methods Clinical pharmacists participate in clinical ward rounds, make recommendations on treatment plans and implement pharmacy supervision. For the treatment of complicated cases of drug problems, clinical pharmacists through literature search, rapid access to relevant pharmacy information and integration, to the clinical, for the development of clinical treatment programs to provide professional pharmacy support. Results and Conclusion Clinical pharmacists involved in clinical work, from the pharmaceutical point of view to provide treatment recommendations, can improve the efficacy of treatment, to avoid adverse reactions.
