病史摘要 患者女性,24岁(门诊号66/10-37875),六氟化硫试制车间的化学分析工,来院前六小时车间曾临时安排患者清洗容量200～300ml的取样瓶两只,其中一只为空瓶,另一只曾在三天前取样但未经分馏,患者在冲洗时一度曾闻到难受的气味,有喉头刺激。此外无其他不适。约四小时后骤发恶心,呕吐伴胸闷,呼吸不畅,有窒息感。在厂保健站处理一小时半无效,而来院急诊。来院前共呕吐两次,为所进食物。自觉极度虚弱。发病后无发热或昏厥等病史。
