应用免疫学技术研究了甘糖酯对小鼠免疫功能的影响。研究发现甘糖酯口服给药可增加小鼠免疫器官重量,提高小鼠碳粒廓清速率,提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率和吞噬指数,增加小鼠ANAE~+淋巴细胞百分率,促进小鼠外周血清溶血素的生成。提示甘糖酯可增强小鼠特异性和非特异性免疫功能。
Immunological techniques were used to study the effects of glucosyl esters on immune function in mice. Study found that oral administration of Glycosyl ester can increase the weight of mice’s immune organs, increase the rate of carbon clearance in mice, increase the phagocytosis rate and phagocytic index of mouse peritoneal macrophages, increase the percentage of mouse ANAE~+ lymphocytes, and promote small Peripheral serum hemolysin production. It is suggested that the glycosyl ester enhances specific and non-specific immune function in mice.
