目的:探讨水蛭对大鼠脑出血后血中T3、T4、PRL、GH、CS浓度的影响。方法:用不同剂量的水蛭粗提液喂饲脑出血大鼠,并以非用药组和假手术组对照,第7天取血以RIA法检测激素浓度。结果:脑出血大鼠血中T3、T4、GH浓度明显升高,PRL含量明显降低,而CS变化不明显。水蛭对脑出血后大鼠血中T3、T4、GH、PRL浓度异常有缓解作用,且呈量效关系。结论:水蛭可改善脑出血后下丘脑——垂体——靶腺轴功能紊乱
Objective: To investigate the effect of leeches on blood T3, T4, PRL, GH and CS after intracerebral hemorrhage in rats. Methods: The rats were given different doses of leech extract for intracerebral hemorrhage. The rats in non-medication group and sham-operation group were sacrificed on the 7th day to detect the hormone concentration by RIA method. Results: The concentration of T3, T4 and GH in the blood of the rats with ICH increased obviously, the content of PRL decreased obviously, but the change of CS was not obvious. Leech on cerebral hemorrhage in rats with blood T3, T4, GH, PRL abnormalities have an alleviate effect, and the dose-response relationship. Conclusion: Leech can improve the hypothalamus - pituitary - target gland axis dysfunction after intracerebral hemorrhage
