通过分析综采充填工作面上覆岩层运动规律,将充填液压支架后方直接顶结构简化为悬臂梁结构,确定充填液压支架与直接顶之间的相互关系,建立四柱式充填液压支架的力学模型。在对支架力学模型分析的基础上,得到液压支架前后排立柱以及千斤顶的工作阻力。将四柱式充填液压支架应用于唐山矿工程实践,现场近3年的应用实践表明,四柱式充填液压支架可以有效解决六柱式充填液压支架中存在的立柱受力不合理问题。相关研究成果可为液压支架发展研究及设计提供参考。
By analyzing the law of movement of overlying strata in fully mechanized mining face, the direct roof structure behind the filling hydraulic support is simplified as the cantilever structure. The relationship between the filling hydraulic support and the direct roof is determined and the mechanical model of the four-column filling hydraulic support is established. Based on the analysis of the mechanical model of the bracket, the working resistance of the column and the jack before and after the hydraulic support is obtained. The application of four-column filling hydraulic support to the practice of Tangshan Mine has shown that the application of the four-column filling hydraulic support can effectively solve the unreasonable problem of the existing columns in the six-column filling hydraulic support. The related research results can provide a reference for the research and design of hydraulic stent.
