近年来,台湾籍毒贩在福建的毒品犯罪活动日益猖獗,涉毒案件中涉黑、涉暴问题更加突出,手段更加隐蔽,对抗性加剧,随着大陆和台湾两岸相继加入WTO,闽台两地经贸往来日益频繁,两岸“三通”势在必行,加强对涉台毒品犯罪出现的新情况、新问题的研究和探讨,显得更加必要和迫切。台湾人在福建毒品犯罪的新特点福建已成为涉台毒品犯罪的重要走私通道除了传统的利用对台贸易港口、码头走私偷运,空港、海港夹藏偷带毒品等方式外,目前还出现两个新特点:一是台湾籍毒贩利用“小三通”:金门——厦门、马祖——马尾直接通航的有利条件,通过厦门同安大嶝岛与金门等的小额贸易活动建立起走私毒品的秘密通道。如2002年4月13日,厦门市公安机关经过缜密侦查破获了一起重大贩毒、贩枪团伙案件,抓获陈树坤(男,32岁,台湾人)等12名犯罪嫌疑人(其中台湾人5名),缴获摇头
