铌、钽是富线元素,ICP-AES溶液法检出限难以满足痕量分析的要求。本文提出一种在合适的萃取条件下,采用甲基异丁基酮(MIBK)和磷酸三丁酯(TBP)混合萃取剂定量萃取铌、钽,然后将有机相直接喷雾引入ICP测定的分析方法。方法简便可靠,精密度好。应用于土壤和地球化探样品分析获得了满意结果。改变样品预处理方法亦可适用于冶金和其他样品中痕量铌钽的测定。
Niobium and tantalum are rich elemental elements, and ICP-AES solution detection limits are difficult to meet the requirements of trace analysis. In this paper, we propose a method for the quantitative extraction of niobium and tantalum using MIBK and TBP mixed extractants under suitable extraction conditions, and then direct the organic phase to the ICP determination . Method is simple and reliable, good precision. Saturated results were obtained when applied to soil and geochemical exploration sample analysis. Changing the sample pretreatment method can also be applied to the determination of trace niobium and tantalum in metallurgy and other samples.
