党的十一届三中全会以后,在企业全面整顿中,提出了管理现代化的问题。经过多年的研究和不断探索,总结出了“以我为主,博采众长,融合提炼,自成一家”的十六字方针,后来又提出了思想、组织、人才、方法、手段五个方面的管理现代化内容,推广了18种现代管理方法和手段,研究了实现管理现代化的指导思想,进而探讨中国社会主义企业管理现代化的特色问题。在总结试点经验的基础上,制定了《企业管理现代化纲要》,并由点到面逐步推开,取得了很好的效果。但是,从各方面反映的情况看,对企业管理现代化的认识问题,在很大程度上还没有得到解决。主要原因还在于对管理的重要性认识不足。不少同志在处理软件和硬件的关系上,重视硬件,不重视软件;在投入与产出上,重视投入,不重视产出。争
After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the issue of management modernization was raised in the process of comprehensive corporate rectification. After many years of research and continuous exploration, the sixteen-character principle of “mainly based on me, plentiful use of others, integration and refinement, and self-containedness” has been summarized. Later, the management modernization contents of ideas, organizations, talents, methods, and means have been put forward.
