网络校本教研是新课程背景下,随着网络信息技术教育的广泛应用和逐渐深化而出现的新型教研活动形式,能够实现数字化教学资源的共享,促进教师知识的显性化以及专家引领下的教师自主专业发展。多年来,特殊教育学校校本教研活动形式单一,对象狭窄,水平不高,效率较低,教研活动往往流于形式,有名无实,越来越不适应信息时代的发展。如何利用网络开展特殊教育学校的校本教研活动呢?笔者和特殊教育学校有关人员结合日常工作实践开展,进行了研究和探讨,收到了很好的成效,我们的做法主要是:
