本文要描述的是一种线性平板真空三极管脉冲放大器。放大器的峰值输出功率达2兆瓦,脉冲重复频率100千赫以上,对于稳定性为10微微秒量级的各种宽度脉冲具有1毫微秒的前后沿暂态特性。本文着重描述该放大器作为电光晶体激励器的特性。该放大器也可应用到光脉冲选择,自动稳定隔离装置,腔倒空,脉冲刻字及行波调制等方面。同时,本文也将介绍该脉冲放大器在敌我识别雷达检测和地下矿产资源探测方面的应用。
This article describes a linear flat-panel vacuum transistor pulse amplifier. The amplifier has a peak output power of 2 megawatts with pulse repetition rates above 100 kHz and has 1 nanosecond front-to-back transient characteristics for various width pulses with stability on the order of 10 picoseconds. This article highlights the amplifier’s characteristics as an electro-optic crystal actuator. The amplifier can also be applied to light pulse selection, automatic stable isolation device, cavity emptiness, pulse lettering and traveling wave modulation and so on. In the meantime, this article will also introduce the application of the pulse amplifier in the detection of enemy and fake radar and the detection of underground mineral resources.
