我校是所基础薄弱的初中校,生源多为中差生.学校为了做好差生的转化工作,1984年暑假后,在初一建立了一个由24名学生(其中22名为留级生,2名借读生)组成的班级.这个班里有9人2-3次留级,19人四门以上不及格,多数是“双差”生.一年多来,经过努力探索,积极做好转化工作,使全班学生都有了不同程度的进步,该班被评为1985年区级三好班集体. 这个班的学生,原来“破罐破摔”的自卑心理十分严重.他们中的多数人精神空虚,但精力充沛,整天在校内外捣乱,想方设法欺骗家长,对付老师,报复他们所仇视的人.面对这样的学生,单靠讲道理,或一味批评、处分,是难以奏效的.我们怀着强
Our school is a junior middle school with a weak foundation. Students are mostly middle-school students. In order to do a good job of poor students, after the summer vacation in 1984, a 24-year-old student was established in the first grade (22 of them were repeaters, 2 students).
