1991 March 3 ~ 8 Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences work conference held in 1991 at the Yangtze River Fisheries Research Institute. The director and secretary of the Party and government leaders of the ASTRI and the leaders and institutes affiliated to the ASTRI attended the meeting. Ministry of Agriculture Science and Technology Division, Department of Fisheries, Fisheries Administration, Hubei Provincial Bureau of Fisheries, Shashi Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee, the municipal government leaders have come to congratulate and spoke.
