火针联合外用药治疗白癜风的Meta分析

【摘 要】 目的：评估火针联合外用药治疗白癜风的有效性及安全性。方法：利用国内外相关数据库，检索所有与火针治疗白癜风相关的临床文献，利用Jadad量表记分法，评价纳入研究的质量，以风险比（RR）和95%可信区间（95%Cl）作为疗效分析统计量，用RevMan5.3进行Meta分析。结果：纳入9篇文献，共678例患者，治疗组340例，对照组338例，对比火针联合外用药与单用外用药治疗白癜风的有效率，录入数据分析后得出9篇文献间存在较小的异质性（I2=2%，P=0.42），采用固定效应模型进行分析，得出总有效率火针治疗组均高于对照组[RR=1.25，RR95%CI为（1.16～1.35）]，差异有统计学意义（Z=5.87，P

Meta-analysis on the Treatment of Vitiligo by Fireneedle Combined with External Medication

Abstract： Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of fireneedle combined with external medication in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods all literatures related to the treatment of vitiligo by fire injection were retrieved by using relevant databases at home and abroad. The quality of the included studies was evaluated by using the Jadad scale scoring method. Risk ratio （RR） and 95% confidence interval （95% CI） were used as efficacy statistics and Meta analysis was carried out with RevMan5.3. Results in 9 articles， a total of 678 patients， the treatment group 340 examples， the control group 338 cases， in comparison， fire needle combined for external use and use efficient drug in the treatment of vitiligo， input data analysis after nine smaller heterogeneity between paper （I2 = 2%， P=0.42）， by using the fixed effects model meta analysis， it is concluded that the total efficient fire needle treatment group were higher than control group （RR=1.25， CI RR95% for （1.16～1.35）]， in a statistically significant difference （Z=5.87， P<0.00001）. Conclusion compared with external medication alone， fire injection combined with external medication has a higher cure rate and no serious adverse reactions in vitiligo. Therefore， fire injection is a safe and effective clinical treatment for vitiligo.

白癜風是一种局限性或泛发性色素脱失性皮肤病，发病机制复杂，涉及免疫、遗传、精神、氧化应激等多方面因素，目前尚未完全清楚。
