作者观察了射频治疗原发性面肌抽搐33例,远期(5～8年)疗效优、良率占48.5％,术前面抽症状严重者,治疗效果较好。第一次复发后症状无明显改善者,再次治疗仍预后不良。
The authors observed 33 cases of primary facial muscle twitch treated with radiofrequency. The long-term (5-8 years) efficacy was excellent, with a good yield of 48.5%. Patients with severe symptoms before surgery had good therapeutic effect. After the first relapse no significant improvement in symptoms, treatment is still poor prognosis.
