《数学课程标准(2011年版)》在课程目标中明确提出:“通过义务教育阶段的数学学习,学生能获得适应社会生活和进一步发展所必需的数学的基础知识、基本技能、基本思想、基本活动经验。”这一表述首次把数学思想作为义务教育阶段,尤其是小学数学教育的总目标之一,强调了基本数学思想的重要性。教育部在《关于全面深化课程改革立德树人根本任务的意见》中,也提出了创建“核心素养体系”
“Mathematics Curriculum Standard (2011 Edition)” clearly stated in the course objectives: “Through the mathematics study in the compulsory education stage, students can acquire the basic knowledge, basic skills, basic ideas and basic concepts of mathematics necessary for social life and further development Activity Experience. ”This statement, for the first time, treats mathematical thinking as one of the general goals of compulsory education, especially in elementary mathematics education, emphasizing the importance of basic mathematical thinking. In the “Opinions on Deepening the Fundamental Task of Lide Tree in Course Reform in an All-Round Way,” the Ministry of Education also proposed to establish a “core literacy system”
