证券市场政策体系正处于剧变期,管理层努力打造新的证券市场制度框架,其决心和力度都前所未有。新制度以对证券市场的重新认识为基础,以落实“国九条”为方向,总体上这次制度变迁必将给中国证券市场带来新的生机和活力。但是,由于新旧制度交替与衔接过程必然经历的震荡与阵痛 ,市场从低迷走向复苏仍需时日。
The securities market policy system is in a period of dramatic change. The management has tried its best to create a new institutional framework for the securities market with unprecedented determination and strength. The new system takes the re-understanding of the securities market as the basis and the implementation of the “National Article 9” as the direction. On the whole, this institutional change will surely bring new vigor and vitality to the Chinese securities market. However, due to the turmoil and pain that inevitably experienced by the alternation and convergence of the old and new systems, it will take time for the market to recover from the downturn.
