研究了热处理工艺对超导阻隔层用铌板力学性能的影响。铌板经去应力退火及再结晶退火处理,对处理后铌板的力学性能进行研究。结果表明:经9000~1000℃/60~90min的去应力退火及850~900℃/80~100min再结晶退火处理后的铌板力学性能可满足技术条件要求。
The effect of heat treatment process on the mechanical properties of niobium plate for superconducting barrier was studied. The niobium plate is subjected to stress relief annealing and recrystallization annealing to study the mechanical properties of the treated niobium plate. The results show that the mechanical properties of the niobium after de-stress annealing at 9000 ~ 1000 ℃ / 60 ~ 90min and recrystallization annealing at 850 ~ 900 ℃ / 80 ~ 100min can meet the technical requirements.
