文章重点阐述工程合同管理课程应加强学生法律意识的培养问题。从工程管理专业培养目标以及西方国家土木工程专业管理人员的调查数据,说明法律知识学习与法律意识培养的重要性及艰巨性。从我国工程合同法律研究历史的空缺及管理人员法律意识淡薄的现状,指出工程合同管理课必须强化法律意识的培养。
The article focuses on the construction of contract management courses should strengthen the cultivation of students’ legal awareness. From the training objectives of engineering management major and the survey data of civil engineers in western countries, it shows the importance and arduousness of legal knowledge learning and legal awareness training. From the history of engineering contract law in our country and the weak legal awareness of managers, it is pointed out that engineering contract management class must strengthen the cultivation of legal awareness.
