本文从提升人的自然素质、社会素质、职业素质等的要求出发,阐述了工科院校通过加强和提高实践训练水平来全面实现素质教育,提高教学质量和效果,才能培养出大批备受社会欢迎的高质量的本专科应用型人才。教育环境和教师本身的素质是工科院校实行素质教育最为关键的两个因素。本文选用了部分在教学过程中常可遇见的事例,以及科技发达国家教学与实践紧密结合的现实来说明加强和提高实践训练水平的必要性和方法,以及教师的作用和教师本身素质提高的途径。
Starting from the requirements of improving people’s natural quality, social quality and professional quality, this article elaborates on how to cultivate a large number of socially welcome students by enhancing and improving practical training in engineering colleges and universities to realize quality education in all aspects and improve teaching quality and effectiveness The high quality of the specialist applied talents.
